Erick is the leader of the sales team and responsible for ensuring the highest levels of customer service. His passion for helping customers is what has kept him in the mortgage industry for so long. 

Prior to joining Metro Mountain Mortgage, Erick served in various leadership roles in the mortgage industry, including Branch Manager, Sales Manager and Loan Officer. He has extensive experience in loan origination, business development and team management.

  Jared Bradley is a seasoned financial services professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry. He began his career in 2006 and quickly rose through the ranks to become the Mortgage Lending Manager for a top five Lender in the state of Utah. During his time in this role, Jared consistently ranked in the top 10% nationally in home loan production, a testament to his exceptional skills and dedication to his craft. Jared's true passion lies in helping other real estate professionals build their businesses and assisting families in creating wealth through real estate ownership. He has a deep understanding of the real estate market and is committed to providing his clients with the best possible service and advice.

Outside of work, Jared is a proud father of three children. He is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time fishing in Utah's mountain lakes. He also has a passion for playing poker and is known to take part in local tournaments from time to time.

  Sabrina is a highly skilled and experienced mortgage industry professional with over a decade of experience. She began her career in 2008 and quickly established herself as a leading Private Client Mortgage Advisor for Chase Bank in Park City. Over the years, Sabrina has garnered numerous awards and recognition for her exceptional performance, including multi-year National Achiever status. 

Sabrina's expertise covers a broad range of topics, including second homes, resort markets, self-employed financing, jumbo and non-conventional mortgage products. Her ability to structure mortgages to achieve her clients' short and long-term goals, all while simplifying the process as much as possible, has made her a powerhouse in the industry.

Sabrina holds a Utah Principal Lending Manager license and is an active member of the Park City Rotary Club, PCBR Social and Legislative committees. She also participates in multiple organizations aimed at advancing and supporting women in the Real Estate community.

Sabrina is a proud mother of two daughters and resides in Cottonwood Heights.  She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, sports, and taking advantage of Utah’s endless outdoor activities.

Heidi Blake is a passionate and driven dual license holder, mortgage and real estate, serving the Moab Valley and surrounding areas of southeastern Utah. A native Utahn born and raised locally in the tight-knit community of Moab, Heidi is uniquely positioned in the local real estate market and hosts a wealth of knowledge pertaining to the Moab Valley and surrounding areas that only a native of the area would know. Heidi is a strong believer in the value of hard work, staying focused and helping her clients achieve their real estate goals in today’s competitive and fast-paced market.

Heidi grew up alongside her older brother and twin sister in a family that loved taking advantage of Utah’s natural landscape and climate; they enjoyed camping, fishing and hunting, and spending time together outside no matter the season. A hard worker from an early age, Heidi regularly juggled multiple part-time jobs while in school. She graduated from UVSC (UVU) with a degree in applied science and automotive technology; she actually started off as an automotive mechanic before rapidly working her way into sales. Being a natural people-person, Heidi’s transition into sales and eventually sales/finance management came easily. It wasn’t long before she discovered the real estate industry after purchasing and selling two nightly rentals herself. Her real estate career took off and Heidi never looked back.

Now backed by the power of the Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Utah and Metro Mountain Mortgage brand on both a local and global level, Heidi is able to offer her clients an even higher level of mortgage and real estate services, including professional print and digital marketing design, in-house listing photography and video, transaction management, legal and more. In 2021, Heidi was ranked in the top 250 REALTORS® in Utah. This coming year in 2023, she will be the acting President of the Moab Chapter of the Utah Association of REALTORS®.

Heidi is passionate about giving back to her local community, especially children in need. She has donated her time as a youth sports coach, Girl Scout troop leader and organizing the ‘REALTORS® for Kids’ donation program in her area, which help provide lunches to local school-aged children throughout the year. She prides herself on being extremely attentive, honest, and detail oriented, and is known for being a very active person – both professionally and in her spare time. When she’s not working in real estate, Heidi loves staying active at the gym or riding her Peloton; she also spends plenty of time outside enjoying the stunning beauty of southeastern Utah with her active family, exploring the red rocks of southeastern Utah. Heidi lives in Moab with her two teenage daughters and her husband.

Dana is a seasoned mortgage loan officer with over 12 years of industry experience and holds a Utah Principal Lending Manager license. Throughout her career, Dana has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to helping clients achieve their financial goals. Whether working with first-time homebuyers, seasoned investors, or clients looking to refinance, Dana is dedicated to guiding them through every step of the mortgage process. Her extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry, combined with her personalized approach, ensures that each client receives the best financial solutions tailored to their unique needs.

Outside of her professional life, Dana treasures quality time with her husband Josh and their energetic 5-year-old twins. Whether exploring the great outdoors or enjoying family activities, Dana values the balance between her career and her family life.
